APURA CLOUD
Europe has a sovereignty problem. We exist to solve it.
Europe's organizations are running on infrastructure they don't control. American cloud law, foreign data centers, and Big Tech lock-in mean that even well-intentioned GDPR compliance leaves critical exposure. We started Apura because we believe that is not a technical problem, it is a strategic choice, and a bad one.
Sovereignty isn't a product. It's a process. We run it.
We guide European organisations from SEAL 0 to full digital sovereignty.
The problem: Most organisations don't know exactly where their risks sit, which regulations apply to their sector, or how to transition without disrupting daily operations. Sovereignty spans infrastructure, law, supply chain and people, all at once. That complexity is exactly why most organisations stall before they start. What Apura does: We map your full stack: infrastructure, data flows, legal exposure and compliance gaps. From there, we build a structured roadmap using the EU's SEAL framework, moving you from your current level toward SEAL 4: Full Digital Sovereignty, in deliberate, manageable steps. Every transition is compliant, documented and built to last.

Zaid founded Apura to give European organisations a practical path to full digital sovereignty. He leads strategy, client relationships and the long-term vision of building Europe's most complete sovereign technology partner.

Antoine designs and builds the sovereign infrastructure at the core of every Apura engagement. He is responsible for architecture decisions, security hardening and making sure every implementation meets SEAL 4 standards.

Jai'Amir drives product development and go-to-market strategy at Apura. He leads the expansion of Apura's sovereign platform and app ecosystem, turning the vision of European digital independence into deployable solutions.
Every platform, provider and tool we implement is European-owned, EU-hosted and subject exclusively to EU law. No US CLOUD Act exposure, no Chinese cybersecurity law, no hidden foreign dependencies. If it isn't European by ownership and jurisdiction, it doesn't belong in your stack.
Sovereignty without security is meaningless. We harden every layer of your infrastructure, from identity and access management to network segmentation and patch management, so your sovereign setup doesn't create new attack surfaces in the process of closing old ones.
The European Commission defines full digital sovereignty as technology and operations under complete EU control, with no critical non-EU dependencies. We use that standard, SEAL 4, as the benchmark for every engagement. Not minimum compliance. Not "good enough." The real thing, in deliberate steps.
We work with open-source platforms wherever possible, not because it's cheaper, but because open source means auditable, vendor-neutral and fully under your control. No proprietary lock-in, no black boxes, no foreign licensing terms buried in your infrastructure.
